Fatima Prayer (O My Jesus, forgive us…) and the Angel of Fatima's Prayer
The Fatima Prayer (O My Jesus) was taught by Our Lady to the three shepherd children of Fatima on July 13, 1917, during her third apparition. The Prayer of the Angel of Fatima was taught by the Angel of Portugal to the children in 1916. Both prayers are a call to reparation for sins and the salvation of souls.
O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, lead all souls to Heaven, especially those in most need of Thy mercy.
Prayer of the Angel of Fatima:
My God, I believe, I adore, I hope, and I love You. I ask pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not hope, and do not love You. Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, I adore You profoundly, and I offer You the Most Precious Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in all the tabernacles of the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges, and indifferences by which He Himself is offended. And through the infinite merits of His Most Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg of You the conversion of poor sinners.

When to pray
The Fatima Prayer (O My Jesus) is traditionally recited after each decade of the Rosary, while the Angel's Prayer can be prayed in acts of reparation, especially before the Blessed Sacrament.
